All-in-One Healthcare Solutions
The Home Care Package program is designed to help people over the age of 65 continue living at home independently and safely. The goal is to provide the care and support you need in your own home so you can stay there comfortably. When you receive a Home Care Package, the government allocates funds for your care which are paid to the Home Care Package provider of your choice.

- Health and wellbeing care is often complex and needs the support of several trusted support people to provide the service that an individual requires.

- Consultation and assessment with one of our trusted clinical assessment leaders may lead to identification of a range of services to meet your individual needs. Gold Care can provide an ‘end to end’ service to select from making the whole package seamless, tailored with you and easy to access.

- Packages, once agreed can be adjusted as your needs change through your client service contact.

A comprehensive plan of care and recovery is tailor made for each client. Whilst every home is different, most will offer the following types of therapy:

Your eligibility will be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) who will determine your eligibility and package level. They will consider your unique circumstances and treat every case individually. If you’re not eligible for a Home Care Package, you may be able to access support under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
